Wine and Food Routes

Our company, as part of the Educational Farm, from October to February, organizes in the days of Saturday guided tours to the breeding of pigs, the meat laboratory and local curing Step by step explains the whole chain of production, with tasting in Farmhouse of the products obtained by processing the day before.
The same method for the production of asparagus, (April-May) visit to the field and complete supply chain up to the product ready for sale and tasting.
Each tasting will be combined with the best wine producing companies of the Collio and 'Isonzo with the presence of the owner, who will explain their wines.
These trails are dedicated to groups of people (max 20) of adulthood.

Every Friday, from mid-October you can taste, from 11 to 13 liver pig recently slaughtered. (In this case, free admission to availability).
